Antje Kaletta, born in 1965, has more than 25 years of experience in company foundation, development of all business management divisions, process organisations, financial accounting, controlling, tracking liquidity, development of logistics, personnel research, hiring and coaching, development of sales teams, introduction to and development of international brands in durable consumer goods, with a focus on accessories, fashion & lifestyle and related products.

Furthermore she gained experiences in following specialised areas:
Retail management, sales management, buying, collection coordination, shop construction,  marketing and consulting for retail and industry in Germany.
She started her business career from “scratch” as Buyer for clothing of a multilabel retail chain for seven years and changed to industry as product manager of an international brand of womens clothing for another two years.

From 2002 - 2009 she started as independent management consultant, managing clients and projects in cooperation with specialised consulting companies for well-known retail and industry customers all over Germany. Her main work duties and goals consisted of restructuring, transformation and establish new textile divisions till opening. Development of shop construction concepts for industry and retail in cooperation with international architectural companies. She planned sales campaigns, trained sales staff.

Before joining A+P CONSULTING Associates in 2016 A. Kaletta worked 6 years as Managing Director for an Accessories company introducing a Dutch label in the German market.
She built up a sales volume in the two-digit million € range with more than 500 customers. She was responsible for recruitment of the appropriate distribution partners, sales promotion activities, training of the personnel involved as well as controlling and follow-up of the of business targets; developed a sales team with employed representatives and support and controlled the field staff. Development of all substantial management divisions and process organisation. Personnel responsibilities for up to 40 employees to maintain efficient distribution all over Germany.

A.Kaletta is known for her depth knowledge of the major EU clothing & textile markets at the retail and industrial level. Moreover her “hands on” character  guarantees international companies to evaluate business in Germany as soon as possible. Beginning from business case, market evaluation and research, company founding, organisation of software, accounting, approvals, licences, administrative procedures, searching corresponding offices, staff, equipment etc.

A.Kaletta holds a university graduate in business management from University of Düsseldorf/Germany. During her studies she was specialising in retail and marketing.
